Ryandale Transitional Housing works alongside individuals to support long-term stability and a safe path out of homelessness. We provide affordable, structured transitional housing for people who are ready to focus on healing, rebuilding daily routines, and preparing for independent living.
Ryandale’s transitional homes offer up to one year of housing for individuals who:
- Are 24 years of age or older
- Have been clean and sober for at least two months at the time of application
- Are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless
- Do not have a history of violence toward people or property, and have no convictions related to sexual assault, child abuse or endangerment, or arson
- Are ready and willing to work toward independent living with structure and support
To ensure safety for everyone in the home, applicants must meet all intake requirements to be considered. When possible, priority is given to individuals living in or referred from the City of Kingston By Names List.
